Fulshear Creek Crossing - Tour our Community

Fulshear Creek Crossing has many features that promote small town living and a close knit community.

Lifestyle

Imagine your family taking part in neighborhood gatherings along Huggins Lake, hiking the wide open nature trails after work, lounging at the pool with a view of the nearby vineyard, or strolling downtown to dine on the patio of your favorite restaurant. Fulshear Creek Crossing is the kind of community where folks are as comfortable in business suits and scrubs as they are in blue jeans -- where neighbors can dine on rack of lamb or snack on barbeque while discussing the stock market, medicine, ranching and football.

  • The heart of the community is The Lodge & Sports Club at Fulshear Creek on the eastern shore of Huggins Lake, a truly welcoming center with an abundance of rustic charm, soaring ceilings, plenty of elbow room, comfortable furniture and a large, cozy fireplace. The Sports Club makes it easy and fun to stay fit as you enjoy the Junior Olympic Pool and gym with all the latest equipment. Plans are underway for a sand volleyball court and splash pad. With designated areas for bocce ball, croquet, and lawn bowling, this gathering hub overlooks Vineyard Cove, a popular outdoor concert venue where neighbors can enjoy and share this touch of Napa Valley with friends and loved ones.
  • The architecture of the new homes in Fulshear Creek Crossing has been influenced by both American Craftsman and Prairie styles, giving the feel of a classic American small town.
  • There's an abundance of mature live oaks and pecan trees, as well as ash, bois d'arc and cedar elms.
  • Scenic waterways include Fulshear Lake, Huggins Lake, Fulshear Creek and Union Chappel Creek - ideal for hiking, moments of solitude or reading along the banks.
  • Just as nature is at the heart of Fulbrook, our sister development in Fulshear, so it is in Fulshear Creek Crossing as more than 20% of the community is devoted to public open spaces, much of it planted with native, drought-tolerant vegetation.
  • Hard packed walking trails meander through wooded areas, patches of wild flowers and The Hollow, our family-friendly 'Tot Lot' play area where parents and little folks can enjoy nature together.

What do you like about living in Fulshear?

The charming town of Fulshear just a mile away beckons with all kinds of tasty offerings. We love lunch at Essence House Café and haven't found anyplace, even in the big city, any better for dinner than Ray's Grill. Both Fulbrook and Fulshear offer a sense of community that many thought was a thing of the past.
