Meet the passionate team behind our community:

Fulshear Land Partners, Ltd., the development partnership, is led by DHK Development, Inc., a Houston-based real estate development and land management company founded in 1991. The primary financial partners consist of members of a long-established Houston family with a successful track record in finance, real estate and oil & gas.

DHK Development, Inc. has developed Fulbrook and Fulshear Town Center in Fulshear, as well as communities in Houston, Katy, League City, Pasadena and Sugar Land. Doug Konopka, active in real estate development and land management since 1979 and President of the company, has also developed residential communities and commercial projects in Atlanta, Mobile and New Orleans. He believes in enhancing the community experience through special events and welcoming spaces that promote togetherness.

Robert T. Deden, Services is the civil engineer for the development and for Fulshear Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Fort Bend County. Founded in 1988 by Bobby Deden, the firm has designed the community's streets, underground utilities and drainage system. Present and past clients include the City of Hunter's Creek Village, the City of Piney Point, DHK Development, Inc., Reed King Partners, Trammell Crow and Weingarten Realty.

SLA StudioLand, Inc. is the land planner and landscape architect for the development, having designed the village plan and layouts for the streets, trails and open space. The firm has also designed the amenities, landscaping and entry features. Founded in 1981 by David Smith, the firm has offices in Houston and Brenham, Texas. While the firm has played a role in the development of local communities including Fulbrook, First Colony, Kingwood, Moody Gardens and The Woodlands, it has also provided services to clients across the United States and in 15 countries.

Avenues, founded by Susan Lapham in 1985, handles the marketing program and advertising campaign for the development. The firm creates media advertising, websites and print materials. Past and present clients include a national golf course company, a NYSE-listed worldwide insurance company, several gas and oil exploration companies, restaurants and numerous real estate developers.

Coats, Rose, Yale, Ryman & Lee, PC is the attorney for Fulshear Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Fort Bend County. The firm, established in 1990 represents approximately 135 special and utility districts throughout Texas. It also provides legal expertise for real estate, and general transactional and litigation matters.
