Master Plan - Downtown Fulshear Expansion

Imagine driving into your neighborhood through an entrance lined with inviting nooks and spaces featuring outdoor dining, fountains and other elements that are best enjoyed with family and friends. DHK Development, Inc. founder Doug Konopka is making this a reality for Fulshear Creek Crossing, in keeping with the town's culture of enjoying the good life. The Mayor, City Council, the Planning Commission, and many devoted citizens are committed to supporting first-rate developments such as this expansion to enhance the quality of life in Fulshear while maintaining its unique charm and character.

With input from local government leaders and citizens, DHK Development, Inc. has already begun enhancing Downtown Fulshear with Fulshear Town Center: a vibrant pedestrian-friendly commercial district with new restaurants, shops, and offices. Plans include expanding and integrating Downtown Fulshear toward the north side of Fulshear Creek Crossing to create a mixed development of convenient eateries, businesses and service providers.

In tandem with the realignment of the intersection of FM 1093 and FM 359, our new main entrance parkway, Fulshear Trace, will soon serve as the grand entrance to Fulshear Creek Crossing by facilitating a seamless continuation of Downtown Fulshear.
